Terms of service

Automation Patrol, an app for monday.com, provided by QQuark Apps ("we", "us"). Last updated: 16 October 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you or your organisation install or use Automation Patrol ("the app"). By installing the app on a monday.com account you accept them for that account. If you do not accept them, do not install the app, or uninstall it.

2. What the app does

The app checks a monday.com account every hour for automation runs that failed or ran out of retries and for outside connections that stopped working, and sends monday.com notifications to people the account's admin chooses. It depends on monday.com's platform and on what monday.com reports. It may miss a problem or report one late, for example when monday.com does not give the details, limits requests, or is unavailable. It is a helper, not a guarantee that your automations work.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans, when offered, are sold and billed by monday.com through its marketplace, on monday.com's terms, at the prices shown in the marketplace. Cancelling or changing a plan is done in monday.com.

4. Your account and data

• Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy.
• Only an account admin can connect the app and change its settings. You are responsible for who in your account can do so.
• Uninstalling the app deletes at once everything the app itself keeps for your account. The privacy policy says what the app cannot delete (log lines in monday.com's app hosting, notifications already delivered).

5. Will we contact you?

No, except about the app. We will not send marketing messages. We may contact the account's admin only about the app itself: to answer a support request, about a security or privacy matter that affects your account, about a problem with the app that affects you, or about a change to these terms or the privacy policy. Alerts and summaries the app sends are the notifications you set up, not messages from us.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to break monday.com's terms, or to attempt to reach data of another account. Do not try to overload, probe or break into the app.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available. We may change or improve the app. If we stop offering the app, we will announce it on this website at least 30 days before, except where that is not possible for security or legal reasons.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a missed or late alert. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending

You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We publish any change on this page with a new date, at least 30 days before it takes effect when it reduces your rights. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where QQuark Apps is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
